Fund the three real Mainnet reserves

Each reserve uses the associated MINNIE token account owned by the approved production wallet. Every transfer requires a separate MetaMask approval and an exact on-chain balance check.

60M remains unlocked in the deployment wallet: 40M is the disclosed operations allocation. The 20M Telegram-manager allocation is also project-controlled; its intended 10M launch distribution plus 10M over 90 days is administrative and is not enforced by an on-chain vesting contract.

Current custody: the production reserves use project-controlled signer wallets. No multisignature or timelock is represented as active, and this website stores no private keys or signing authority.

Step 5 · irreversible supply lock

Permanently remove mint and freeze authority

This remains disabled until the three reserves total exactly 940M and the deployment wallet retains exactly 60M. After the transfer accounting verifies, the exact phrase below unlocks the final irreversible transaction.

Step 6 · permanent metadata

Store Minnie permanently through Irys

This uploads the existing Bad Minnie logo and an exact metadata JSON to permanent Irys storage. Uploading may require a small SOL funding approval plus message-signing approvals in MetaMask. It does not move MINNIE.

Two separate stages: first upload and verify the permanent files; then explicitly approve the on-chain metadata-URI update. Metadata will remain updateable after this deployment so the permanent result can be checked before any final metadata lock.
